Our 1,200-bottle temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar is available for private dining for 8 people or less Vintage furs and scarfs are available for the ladies For an exceptional experience, Custom paired menus and Prix Fix menus created by Executive Chef Terry McDonner and Sommelier Jimmy Ward are available with advance notice "The Best of the Award of Excellence"... acknowledged by the Wine Spectator in 2004 and again each year to present! Juban's Restaurant works extremely hard to provide the greater Baton Rouge market a comprehensive wine list to complement the dining experience we expect to provide every guest who dines with us. Our wine list has grown over the years and has breath as well as depth, covering many wine regions from around the world with the intention to match our restaurant's French and Creole theme. We expect to meet customers' expectations on their wine selection when dining in the restaurant.. Juban's Restaurant has an award winning wine list with over 650 selections. It has been favored with "The Award of Excellence" by Wine Spectator since 1994. Special vintner wine dinners are offered throughout the year to promote the enjoyment of wine and food. Wines featured have included Far Niente, Pine Ridge, Cakebread Cellars, Duckhorn, Markham, Guenoc, David Bruce, Robert Sinskey, etc. The restaurant maintains a mailing list for these special dinners.
